Cattanach Dads Projects - Measuring & Maximising Impact

Cattanach Dads Projects - Measuring & Maximising Impact

This event will be focused on measuring and maximising the impact of your Dads Project.

During the first half of the day Evaluation Support Scotland will deliver a bespoke workshop. Designed specifically for you as a group to gather the evidence of your impact to support and sustain future dads work. The second half will provide you a chance to share what you have achieved so far and any challenges you have faced, any ideas you may have for engaging dads and how we can best support you going forward.

By the end of the day we hope you will:

  1. Improve and develop outcomes that simply and clearly describe the difference your project makes
  2. Be able to identify simple indicators or measures that will let you know if they are achieving your outcomes (especially the ‘soft’ ones)
  3. Be able to identify evaluation methods that are relevant and meaningful to their project activities and service-users
  4. Develop a network of supportive peers to lend courage and help maintain momentum
