Every year our trained volunteers work alongside around 200 mums, dads and whole families to make sure that have the skills, knowledge and resources they need to give their children the best possible start in life.

There’s no rule book for raising a family and sometimes it can seem overwhelming. We can offer friendship and support when parents are struggling to cope with what life is throwing at them. Our services include:

· Recipe for Life Healthy Eating Programme
· Perinatal Peer Support Groups
