Their person-centred service provides a safe, compassionate space to talk through what has happened, what you are feeling and any choices you want to make, without judgement or being told what to do.

They offer specialist one-to-one counselling and support, including for young people, and work with a team of counsellors and trainee counsellors to match each person with the right team member for their individual needs. Their service is available to anyone living in Tayside.
