DADx Talk: Dads at Work - Flexibility, Paternity Leave, and the Need for Change (May 21st)

📅 Wednesday, 21st May

Join us at next week's DADx where we’ll be joined by Flexibility Works as they present key findings from their Flex for Life 2025 Report, exploring the state of flexible working in Scotland. With insights from over 1,000 parents, they’ll highlight what’s working, where families are supported, and what still needs to change. We'll also share findings from our own recent Dads Survey, to help reveal the gaps in support dads are experiencing.

We’ll look at the growing momentum behind better paternity leave and the bold actions some are taking to push for it. As evidence mounts around the economic and developmental benefits of improved paternity leave, so does the pressure for change. The Dad Shift campaign is calling for a Dad Strike on June 11th, demanding stronger paternity leave policies and the support dads need to actually take it. Is this what it takes for dads to finally be heard?

Whether you're shaping policy, supporting families, or pushing for cultural change, come join the conversation. This is a discussion you won’t want to miss.
