Business Future

Business Future

You know the world of work is changing so use this half-day event to learn more about how other employers are using family friendly policies and practices as a tool to recruit and retain the best people.

The first in a series of Business Futures events, Building a Family Friendly Working Culture will take a wide look at creating a family friendly working culture - the benefits for employers and employees.

Our keynote speaker, Brendan Dick, Director of BT Scotland, will be talking about “Culture change, agile working and productivity - The BT Journey", which will consider the business benefits of creating a productive family friendly workplace culture.

Andrew Watson, Co-Founder and Consultancy Director of Quorum Network Resources will share his insights into successfully embedding a family friendly working culture at Quorum which benefits the business and its employees.

Building a Family Friendly Working Culture  is designed to help employers share wisdom and best practice and to stimulate new thinking about what needs to change. Our speakers will be followed by four workshop sessions and a shared creative session designed to capture your thoughts about the challenges of achieving culture change.
