Aberlour Sustain Family Support (Perth & Kinross)

A family crisis can happen at any time. Aberlour’s Sustain Service in Perth & Kinross provides consistent, accessible, community-based support to help families thrive.

The service supports families with children who are facing challenges such as poverty, isolation, mental health and wellbeing difficulties, low self-esteem, or anxiety. Referrals are made through the Perth and Kinross Child Protection and Duty Team.

Support is tailored to the needs of the whole family. Workers spend time with children, young people and parents to understand their circumstances, recognise strengths, and identify where additional help is needed. Support can be offered flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and focuses on building routines, resilience and parental confidence.
