Family-friendly working can bring huge benefits to both you and your employees.
We are offering Scottish SMEs employing between 50 and 500 people, the opportunity to get involved with pioneering research conducted by The University of Edinburgh Business School. Gain fresh insight into what your dads need at work, and how your business can benefit.
Research shows ‘Employers are at serious risk of losing talent and the benefits from their investment in people with both women (65%) and men (51%) thinking carefully about role changes including promotions because of childcare issues.' (Modern Families Index 2015).
Although we will not be able to feedback about individual companies, you will gain valuable insight into:
- improving retention
- improving productivity
- becoming a choice employer
We will also release a report highlighting the findings from the research during National Work Life Week in October.
Take part in our pioneering research:
• We would like to interview 1 x HR lead and 2 x working dads about your family-friendly policies and practices.
• Interviews will take place in person for approximately one hour. They will be completely confidential following a strict code of ethics, and can take place in the venue of your choice.
• Interviews will take place: 19 – 22 June or 3 - 14 July
