OVERVIEW

This full day event on the 4th October at the Crags Studio in Edinburgh will be split into three parts. 

In the morning Nicola Swan from Evaluation Support Scotland will be returning to facilitate a follow on session focusing on:

• analysing the information collected to show how you have achieved your project outcomes
• Report on the achievements of project outcomes to funders and stakeholders
• Learn from analysis to improve project delivery

At the end of this session we will be joined by Tom Baughan from Cattanach who is temporarily taking over from Rachel Campbell. He will explain the type of information Cattanach would like included in their report. You will then get a chance to chat to Tom (and Rhona) more infomally over lunch. 

In the afternoon we will be joined by Joyce Linklater Manager of Lothians Crossreach Perinatal Services who will talk about dads mental health particularly during the perinatal period. The group will then have the opportunity ask questions and discuss their experiences of managing dads mental health issues.

To round up the day you will have a chance to reflect on any challenges that you face with your dads work and use the group to find solutions.
